1. Availability of COD

The Cash on Delivery option is subject to availability and depends on:

• The delivery location (some pin codes or regions may not be serviceable for COD).
• The order value (minimum and maximum order value limits may apply).

The availability of COD for your order will be indicated at checkout. If COD is not shown as an option, it is not available for your location or order value.

2. Right to Refuse COD Orders

• We reserve the right to accept or refuse any COD order at our sole discretion.
• COD may be declined for reasons including unserviceable locations, high order value, suspected fraudulent activity, a history of refused or undelivered COD orders, or inability to verify customer details.

3. Order Verification

• COD orders may require additional verification before they are processed and dispatched.
• We may contact you via phone, SMS, email, or other means to confirm your order, delivery address, and intent to purchase.
• If we are unable to verify your order, or if you do not respond to verification attempts within a reasonable time, we may cancel the order.

4. Accurate Contact Information

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current contact information, including a valid phone number and delivery address.
• We are not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or cancellations resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

5. Payment at Delivery

• For COD orders, the full order amount must be paid at the time of delivery.
• Payment methods accepted depend on the courier partner (cash and/or digital payment, where applicable).
• Please keep the exact amount ready to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
• The product will be handed over only upon successful collection of the COD amount.

6. Refusal of COD Orders at Delivery

• If a COD order is refused at delivery or remains undelivered due to customer unavailability or non-cooperation, the order may be returned to us.
• Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.
• We may require prepaid payment methods for subsequent purchases.
• We reserve the right to block COD access for customers with a history of refused, returned, or undelivered COD orders.

7. Cancellation of COD Orders

• COD orders are subject to the same terms set out in our Refund & Return Policy and Terms & Conditions.
• We reserve the right to cancel a COD order at any stage prior to delivery in accordance with those policies.
