At MANFRED’S LEATHER (“we”, “us”, “our”), each leather product is crafted, finished, and quality-checked with care before it is dispatched.
Because our products—including leather bags, wallets, belts, accessories, leather parts, and custom-made items—are made-to-order or produced in limited batches, please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out below.
1. All Sales Are Final
All sales made through our website are final.
Once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, the following do not apply:
- Refunds
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Order Cancellations
We encourage customers to review product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, colour, and material details thoroughly before confirming an order.
For custom or made-to-order leather products, we recommend confirming all requirements with us prior to purchase.
2. No Cancellation After Purchase
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been confirmed and the order has been accepted by us.
As our products move into processing or production shortly after confirmation, cancellation requests received after purchase cannot be honoured.
3. Exceptions — Damaged or Incorrect Products
A refund, replacement, or resolution may be offered only in the following circumstances:
- The product delivered is physically damaged (torn, broken, or defective on arrival).
- The product delivered is incorrect (wrong item, size, colour, or specification).
These are the only exceptions to the “All Sales Are Final” policy.
4. How to Report a Damaged or Incorrect Product
To be eligible under the exception in Section 3, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Your report must include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product
- Photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label
- A brief description of the issue

5. Review and Resolution Process
- Claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
- Additional information or images may be requested.
- The product may need to be returned for inspection.
- Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
If the claim is verified, we may provide a replacement or, where unavailable, a refund.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
6. Conditions Under Which Claims Will Not Be Accepted
- The issue is reported after 48 hours from delivery.
- The product has been used, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- The damage results from normal wear and tear or improper use.
- Natural leather variations in colour, grain, texture, or finish.
- Supporting photographs are not provided.
- The product is custom-made or personalised and matches the approved specifications.
7. Natural Characteristics of Leather
Genuine leather is a natural material.
Variations in colour, surface markings, grain, texture, and finish are inherent characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered defects.
Such variations reflect the authenticity of the product and are not grounds for a return, exchange, or refund.
